The partial Scholarship offers a lot of opportunity for the students excluding some benefits and privileges that are offered in fully funded ones. Still partial scholarships can cover students' full tuition fee, dormitory cost and even sometimes health insurance . the admission panel gives partial scholarships so that they can give scholarships to the maximum number of students.

Also, be aware that some scholarships—like the China Trade Unions Silk Road Scholarship—are limited to specific universities, so plan your applications wisely based on the scholarship's scope and eligibility.
